I am Zsófia Nagy, a reformer pilates instructor and also a second-year law student at the University of Szeged.
Sports have been an integral part of my life since I was a little child. After 10 years of classical ballet, gymnastics, hip hop and regular running, I found new challenges in Pilates. The joy of sharing sports inspired me to complete the training.
As an instructor, my goal is to use my inexhaustible energy to encourage others to participate in my classes with a smile but actively!
I'm Lizett Nemes, my nickname is Lizi, the new instructor at Bloom Pilates Studio! I've done many sports in my life, from competitive dancing to horseback riding to gym workouts.
I was introduced to Pilates more than 2 years ago, first in the form of floor Pilates, and I fell in love with it even then, which was only intensified when, under the influence of my sister, I tried Reformer Pilates, which became love at first sight, I knew that I had found my sport and that I wanted to pursue it seriously and dedicatedly in the future. That is why I decided to take part in a teacher training course immediately after obtaining my diploma.
For me, Pilates is the perfect balance between control, concentration, and precision – a disciplined, yet extremely creative form of movement that is not only perfect for toning our bodies, but also for creating physical and mental harmony.
My goal is to make everyone fall in love with this fantastic form of exercise and to ensure that everyone leaves the studio feeling recharged and happy, but of course sufficiently tired, after my classes!
I am Bogi Egedi, an economist and reformer pilates instructor.
Movement has always been an important part of my life. I studied classical ballet and contemporary dance for many years – they gave me the joy of movement and taught me body awareness and precision.
Later, I rediscovered this experience in yoga and pilates. Reformer pilates is especially close to my heart because every class offers a new experience: it is varied, challenging movement coordination and balance, and at the same time, with the help of springs, everyone can adapt the exercises to their own level.
It has been a long-cherished dream of mine to share this experience with others – this inspired me to complete my reformer Pilates instructor training.
In my classes, I want my guests to not only become physically stronger, but also to gain greater body awareness and leave the room feeling recharged and balanced.
My name is Ashe Evelyn, I am a third-year physiotherapy student and a Reformer Pilates instructor.
Sport has always been a part of my life. I competed in swimming for 10 years, then became a national champion in rowing. I was introduced to Reformer Pilates more than three years ago. I was completely captivated from my very first session. I liked that while it was physically challenging, I felt completely refreshed mentally after the sessions.
I believe that physical exercise is an essential part of our daily lives. I would like everyone to find a sport and a community that they enjoy returning to, and to go home feeling energized after their workouts.
I am very much looking forward to meeting you and introducing you to the world of Reformer Pilates!
I am Nikoletta, a certified legal advisor, a nutritionist, and now I can introduce myself in a new role, as a pilates instructor.
After more than twenty years of competitive aerobics and dance, and then a few years of triathlon, I was looking for a form of exercise that would bring back the passion that aerobics gave me. After the birth of my daughter, instead of a bouquet of flowers, my husband gave me a gift certificate for reformer pilates, and after the magic of the first class, it became clear to him that from now on, unfortunately, he would see less of it at home. The harmony of strength and conscious, soft movements gave me such an experience that I knew I had found what I was looking for. And since then, like many others, I have become addicted.
My classes focus on the principles of classical Pilates, especially precise and controlled movement, but at the same time I try to make it more colorful and enjoyable with contemporary, more modern elements, so that this one hour is quality time with yourself.
I am Viktória Pintér, a physiotherapist and floor pilates instructor.
I have been looking for a form of exercise that I can truly enjoy for a long time and that is how I found Pilates. In my classes I want to convey the experience that exercise can be both joy and recharge. I believe that anyone can experience this, regardless of fitness level, they just have to arrive at the right place.
My goal is to create a safe, supportive and inspiring environment for my guests, where everyone can develop at their own pace.
I'm Kármen, a pharmacist and Pilates instructor.
Sports have always been a part of my life, I competed in ballroom dancing for years, have been practicing yoga for six years, and have spent the past few years training in the gym.
When I discovered Reformer Pilates, I was immediately captivated by its graceful yet powerful movements. That’s when I decided to become a certified Pilates instructor so I could share the joy of movement with others. This passion led me to start our own studio with my partner, to whom I’m incredibly grateful for helping make our dream a reality.
